hey guys! my name is mika, and i am a 26 year old male who has recently moved to melbourne from new zealand. i am a carpenter by trade, but work for a glass installation company as i wanted a change. i'm an open book, love socialising and am not shy in the slightest. i am a clean / tidy person, and am always considerate when others are around. i would be quite busy with work and training, so would be out a fair amount of the time.

im looking for a room to rent, and would be more than happy to send through current payslips, references etc.

im open to paying up to $300 weekly, but am flexible if the price is higher.
