Poppy and Fraya

Hi,
Me and my sister, Fraya (see below), are looking to move in together. We are looking for two rooms and hoping to pay around $200 each, more or less.

I (Poppy) am 21, studying Socio-legal Studies full time at UWA and working part time. I am relatively quiet and quite busy. I like going to the gym, running, reading, cooking and a good cafe or wine bar of course. I have lived out of home for a year, have experience paying rent, living with other people and have also done a bunch of house and pets sitting for which would be more than happy to provide refences. I am organised and tidy and would be able to bring all of my own furniture and everything if need be.
I do have a boyfriend with whom I stay with a few nights per week and would be grateful if he were able to stay with me too.

I (Fraya) am 19 studying Speech Pathology full time at ECU Joondalup, while also working part time. I am very organised. I spend most of my time studying and working, the rest is filled with the gym, textiles, cooking, and spending time with friends at cafes, bars/restaurants or concerts. I have all my own furniture if necessary

We are looking for somewhere pretty central to the city, a little way in any direction is fine, as we both work in Northbridge but are respectively studying on opposite ends of Perth.

We would love to live with similar people of similar age (like maybe under 30??), gender doesn't matter to us just wanting to live with some people as chill and easy as we are!
