Hi there! I’m Christian (32), a Spanish chef and world-travelling food nerd. I’m looking for a cosy room with easygoing, respectful housemates to move into by 30 July.

About me:

- I’m a waiter at a fine-dining restaurant in Kangaroo Point, working evenings and late nights.
- I’m studying two days a week for my Diploma of Business.
- I’m a non-smoker, tidy, early-bird sleeper, LGBTQIA+ ally, and a huge animal lover.
- I have over 10 years of experience in flatshares across Spain, the UK, and Australia. My last Aussie flatmate in Main Beach is happy to vouch for me.

What you’ll notice:

- I’ll have quiet mornings and afternoons, as I’m usually at work or class.
- I respect everyone’s space, maintain clear communication, and create a relaxed atmosphere.
- I have a down-to-earth sense of humour and am always up for a chat or a shared meal (I’m happy to cook!).

What I’m after:

- I’m looking for a room in inner-Brisbane suburbs, such as Gabba, Kangaroo Point, West End, Teneriffe, New Farm, Spring Hill, or Bowen Hills.
- My budget is $300–$400 per week, including bills.
- I’m available to move in by 30 July 2025, as my lease is ending.
- Pet-friendly is a huge plus, and I’ll treat your dog or cat like a pro.
