Hey I'm 38 and I'm someone who enjoys a good balance of quiet time and social vibes. Ideally, I'm looking for a granny flat for a bit of privacy, but I'm totally open to sharing a place with like-minded flatmates too.
I'm currently studying mental health and peer support. I play guitar and like to make music (acoustic mostly—nothing too loud!) and I love spending time in the kitchen trying out new recipes. I also come with a fluffy ginger cat named Tom—he’s super chill, loves a sunbeam nap, and will probably try to charm you into sharing snacks.
I keep my space clean and welcoming, perfect for socializing with friends. I don't smoke, but I don't mind a vape.
I am visually impaired, but super capable and independent — just might ask for the occasional assist if I have any marks on my shirt or finding something in the fridge.
