Hi everyone!
My best friend Janette and I (Julia) are urgently looking for a room or apartment here on the Gold Coast. We’re ready to move in immediately, so this is quite urgent for us!
We’re totally fine sharing a room as long as we each have our own beds.
We’re reliable, honest, and easy-going tenants who like to keep our home clean and positive. We’re both friendly and social girls who enjoy meeting new people. In our free time, we love going to the beach, shopping, and staying active.
We’re looking for a furnished place with air conditioning. Ideally, it would be near Pacific Fair, the city centre, or close to a tram stop, as we both work at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
Our budget is $600/week total ($300 each).
