Hello! I’m looking for a room for 9-12 months, wanting to move asap or before December 28th.

About me :)
My name is Chelsea Rixon (22). I am a casual teacher and work late arvos + weekends in retail at Harris farm markets, (I come with a 25% staff discount…lol). I’m also working on getting yoga teacher certified soon🧘‍♀️.

I love the beach, nature, gym, yoga+pilates, coffee, eating good food and relaxing. I am a non smoker and rarely drink, no children and no pets.

Rental experience:
rental history from private land lords and through multiple realestates. I believe I am responsible, and considerate within any household. I’m a friendly person but I also really enjoy a quiet, clean and organised environment, and I understand the importance of communication, boundaries, and respect for other tenants and neighbours.

Preferably all female share house ✨… Unfurnished or furnished I can work with, but obviously wanting a room larger than your average prison cell 😎

I plan on residing in Newcastle for the next 1.5 -2 years so I can do my final 8 week teaching placement, graduate and casual teach before heading to wherever i eventually land a full time teaching position. Looking for 9-12 months lease, hope I sound like your right fit!
