Hello! Aussie couple looking for a private studio/ apartment/ unit, suitable for a couple. Budget is $380-$515 pw. Please consider having us and read along.

About us:
My name is Chelsea Rixon (22). I am a casual teacher and work weekends in retail at Harris farm markets. I’m also working on getting yoga teacher certified :)

My partner Gerrad Flynn (25) has grown up in Newcastle and works in disability support in the area. He’s the extrovert I’m the introvert, we’ve been together for 3 years.

We both enjoy the beach, coffee, being active and relaxing. We are non smokers and rarely even drink, no children and no pets.

Rental experience:
We have lived together for 1.5years in a private rental that, and have also been in a room together in a share house, so we are well rounded in experience when living together in any space! As tenants with great rental history from private land lords through Maison Property, Reece real estate, and Dalton partners we believe we are responsible, caring, and committed tenants within any household. We both enjoy a clean and organised environment, and understand the importance of communication and respect for other tenants and neighbours.

We have lots of our own furniture which some we would have to sell or keep upon moving. Preferably unfurnished is ideal for us, but happy to negotiate.

We plan on residing in Newcastle for the next few years so we are able continue working, before we can save up for a house. Looking for 12 months lease, hope we sound like your right fit!
