Currently living in Randwick but about to have the lease run out and looking to find a new place.

I'm a full time builder and carpenter and I run my own business. I'm always out and about and especially on weekends. My hobbies are playing guitar and getting down to the beach as much as possible.

I'm a housemate that will be not only to do things around the place, I tidy up after myself and respect everyone else's space.
