This is Nils.
I am a PhD fellow just join this city for study at ANU in mid-March. I am looking for a room that can [easily get into the campus] by public tram or bike, that is important to my need cause I don't drive.

Second one is that I prefer international environment that respect different cultures, no any specific culture-centerism.

Another thing is my [budget], I will stay here for 4 years, the rent must be affordable. I come from Taiwan and was a Powerlifting coach, Game developer and neuroscientist in my country. My life is consist of gym, research and game developing. This is my first time been to Canberra (Australia as well), so I am very exciting to experience everything in ACT
