26, from the UK, working full-time as a finance broker in Syd.

I’m ideally looking for a private room in a sociable house (all lads or mixed) around the Eastern suburbs. I prefer routine in the weeks but usually out and about with friends at the weekends. I’m really into my fitness, sports and music so always keen for an event in the week whether that’s a run club, rugby match or DJ event!
Mainly looking for a clean living space and a place to be able to relax after work with a sound group - I already have a group in Sydney but always open to meeting new people.

Unfortunately leaving a shared house in Bronte as my friends are moving in with their respective partners on the 5th of June, so anytime around then would be ideal!
