We’re a professional couple looking for a long-term place starting from 12 January.

We’ve been living in Australia for over a year and are planning to stay in Melbourne long term. We both work, have a stable routine, and really value a clean, calm and respectful home environment.

We’re tidy, responsible and considerate of shared spaces. We don’t party at home and we treat the house as if it were our own.
Happy to provide references and attend inspections at any time.

• Private room (preferably with private bathroom) or studio
• Long-term (6 months+)
• Budget: $400–$450/week (flexible for the right place)
• Preferred areas: South Yarra, St Kilda, Elwood, Southbank, CBD (open to similar areas)
