I’m Franciska from Hungary, and I’m arriving to the GC on the 20th of January to start my studies (and work part-time) after a year of living and working in Melbourne. I’m on the hunt for a new home from the 20th - long-term would be amazing, but I’m also totally open to a short-term sublet while I find “the one.”

✨ Serial sharehouser - I’ve lived in sharehouses in multiple countries, including here in Australia

✨ Freelance copywriter + part-time work once I settle

✨ Outdoors girl at heart: Surfing, roadtripping, camping, nature missions, exploring hidden gems… that’s my life

✨ Love animals and volunteering at shelters

✨ Love to meet new people as well and do wholesome things

What I’m looking for:

💸 Budget: Up to $300/week (incl. bills)

📍 Location: Anywhere from Southport down to Burleigh

📦 Move-in: From 20 January (happy with long-term or a temp sublet!)
