Kyle Duncalf

Hey! I'm Kyle, and I work full-time as a Team Leader for an insurance brokerage firm based on St Kilda Road. When I'm not at work, I'm usually pretty busy with my hobbies. I love getting creative and making little plant terrariums and succulent pots – I find it super relaxing!

Staying active is important to me, so you'll often find me at the gym. I also really enjoy catching up with friends for dinner and drinks. On my days off, I like to chill out and binge-watch the latest series (any recommendations are welcome!), hit the shops, or head to the beach if the weather's good.

Ideally what I'm looking for is to find an apartment or studio in Melbourne CBD or surrounding suburbs. My budget is around $450/500, and I'm flexible with the lease term. Some things that would be awesome to have are in-building gym, pool, laundry.
