I'm a 32-year-old guy who works full-time and prefers living in a cozy studio or a grany flat. I don't smooke, own pets, or have kids. Looking for a place where I can chill after a long day at work and have a good time during my days off. Basically I've a 10 hours work routine, plus work out sesh every night so I spend long part of my days outside home. Usually, I'm spending some time out or on the beach during the weekends
