TWO ROOMS IN HOUSESHARE/PROPERTY WANTED ☺️🏡🌴🤩

Hii, we’re Maia and Beth, girls in our mid twenties from the UK! We are both relocating within Sydney (ideally moving around 20th May latest but flexible) and looking for two rooms (either within a houseshare or a 2-bed flat) preferably for a longer term rental of 6+ months. Open to most areas towards the CBD’s East but a preference for the Eastern Suburbs (Coogee, Randwick and Bondi Junction would be ideal)! Budget of $400pp/pw. We are both super friendly, respectful, clean and kind, working full time in respective corporate/hospo roles. In our spare time we love exploring the city, going to the beach and a bit of pilates! We both have a lot of experience in houseshares and are sociable girls who love meeting new people but also like to strike a happy balance with enjoying our own space!
