I am a 26 year old working full time as an Exercise Physiologist, looking for a place suitable for my work between Surrey Hills / Mulgrave (and mobile work around the east).

I am pretty easy going, often quiet housemate but also always up for some socialising, chats or general fun-having. I'm everything-friendly, love animals if you have them and am fond of a few plants

I've been renting in various share houses for about 7 years, with a perfect rent/bills, bond history and generally being a clean and tidy guy. I'm approachable, respectful and easy to live with.

I enjoy generally being active/outdoorsy with biking, running, gym, camping etc. so you'll find me off doing this most weekends and many mornings/evenings.

Ideally looking for a longer stay of 1 year +. I have some furnishing I could bring (if wanted) such as fridge/couch/washing machine/tv stand etc.

My only requirement is that I have 2 cars (1 for work as I drive a lot and 1 for weekend fun biking/camping etc.) so would need at least be able to park them somewhere nearby. I also have some tools/bike/gear etc to toss in a shed or garage.
