Hi everyone, I’m looking for a female housemate to rent a 2 bed, 1 bath place together.

I’m hoping to find someone around 20–30 years old who is clean, responsible, respectful of shared spaces, easygoing, and friendly.

A little about me: I’m a 21-year-old international student. I love music and anything with a jazzy, cosy vibe. I also enjoy cooking, and I’m very easygoing, quiet, and easy to live with. I really value mutual respect and always try to make sure my housemate feels comfortable living with me.

I’m still looking for a suitable place in the CBD, Hawthorn, Box Hill or Clayton area, so it would be great to have someone join me in the search. That way, we can choose a home that we both truly like, because everything feels better when you get to live in a place that feels like your dream home, right?

The rent will likely be around $460–$530 per week in total.

I’m looking for someone who is similar in that sense and would like to create a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming home together.
