Hi! I’m 25 years old and recently completed my Master’s degree in Business at Bond University (graduated in June). I currently run my own business and work from home, so I’m looking for a place that is quiet, clean, and calm. A peaceful environment is really important to me, both for living and working.
I’m a non-smoker, I don’t drink, and I don’t have any pets or children. I live a very active lifestyle. Most of my time is spent working, training, or staying active, and almost every weekend I go hiking.
I value my alone time, but I also enjoy living with people who are friendly and open to a casual chat. I really appreciate a warm, respectful atmosphere at home where everyone feels comfortable.
My main priority is having a quiet, clean, and safe space to live and work in. I’m very respectful of shared areas and other people’s routines.
I love travelling and have visited almost 50 countries so far, and I still travel quite often. I’m looking for a room from 15 February, ideally until at least July, with the possibility of staying until December if it’s a good fit for both sides.
Location-wise, I’m mainly looking for something between Broadbeach and Palm Beach, preferably close to the beach and in a central, convenient area.
