Hi! I'm looking to find a long-term home for however long as possible. I am relocating back from NSW, so I humbly request a video inspection if you are willing to do so.

I am a social butterfly that also enjoys a quiet, clean space. I have an excellent rental history; withholding an apartment in North Hobart between late 2018- early 2025, and living in a sharehouse with two other working women in NSW since then.

Both leases ranged between $250 up to $350 per week, and rent was always paid on time with inspections passing with flying colours. I have always withheld up to 2 jobs every lease, and I have no children or pets but don't mind either.
