Hello, I’m Mandy, a single mum to two wonderful children. URGENTLY seeking a new home before children go back to school for the term.

I own a well-established and respected cleaning business on the Gold Coast, as well as a faith lead business I am building with my partner (who I do not live with), so you can be confident that any property we call home will be exceptionally well cared for and respected.

We are a quiet, respectful Christian family who enjoy a simple lifestyle centred around sport, church, family time and the occasional weekend away. My children spend time with their father on a 50/50 arrangement, so the home is often occupied by just me.

Right now, we’re hoping to find a peaceful place to settle and create some stability during a period of transition.

* Varsity Lakes

Ideally, we’re looking for something that is:
• Fully furnished, 2-3bedroom, 2 bathroom
• Acreage, or an apartment with resort-style facilities
• Lock-up garage or secure underground parking
• A private, peaceful location
• No share houses

What matters most to us is finding a place to truly call home. We are reliable, house-proud tenants who will treat your property with genuine care and respect.

Budget: Up to $800 per week
Availability: Ready to move immediately for the right property
