Hello there, I'm a 62 y/o looking for accommodation in the Sydney area (please refer to my profile for preferred areas)
I've been on a career break/pseudo-retirement since the beginning of 2024, and currently I'm what you might call "semi-retired", although I'm quietly looking around for some part-time work.

I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker, am physically fit, quiet, mature, professional, empathetic, responsible, self-aware, and very considerate of others.
I'd also describe myself as very easy to live with and financially secure (during my career break/semi-retirement I've been receiving a fortnightly superannuation income stream).
Ideally - although not necessarily exclusively, as I'm quite flexible - I would be looking for an older, quieter, perhaps a "mature age" household. Again, though, I'm quite flexible.
