Hello there, I'm a 62 y/o looking for accommodation in the Sydney area (please refer to my profile for preferred areas)
After a period of "semi-retirement" I've been working part-time since late February 2026.
I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker, am physically fit, quiet, mature, professional, empathetic, responsible, self-aware, easy to live with, and very considerate of others.
Ideally - although not necessarily exclusively, as I'm quite flexible - I would be looking for an older, quieter, perhaps a "mature age" household. Again, though, I'm quite flexible.
