Hi I’m Clare, 36 years old…

I live an active lifestyle, love spending time outdoors, hiking, gym, running, dancing, or exploring new spots. (Always keen to try something new and meet new people)

When I’m at home I’m quiet and considerate of others. I enjoy reading, playing the piano (portable keyboard with headphone connection), studying, crafting or sometimes watching a good TV series. I also love gardening when I have the opportunity!

I'm easygoing, honest, friendly and respectful, naturally a bit introverted and independent but more than happy for a chat here and there if it feels right.

I also love animals but have none of my own.

✨ A peaceful, clean and tidy home not a party house. I love looking after where I live so looking for housemates who feel similarly

✨Budget: Maximum $315/week (inclusive of bills)

✨Shared or own bathroom

✨Transport: Currently I don't have a car, easy access to public transport is essential for me

✨Reliability: Always prompt with bills and rent. I’m more than happy to provide a reference from existing long term landlord
