I'm currently looking for a private, stable, and secure place I can call home - ideally something self-contained like a granny flat, studio, or 1–2 bedroom unit, available unfurnished and for immediate move-in.

A little about me:
I’m a quiet, respectful, and conscientious person. I work as a Traffic Controller full-time, but I’ll soon be on maternity leave as I’m expecting my first baby in November. So it’s important to find a space that’s safe and baby-friendly, and where my little one and I can settle in peacefully for the mid-to-long term. That said, I’m open to shorter arrangements if it feels like the right fit.

I value privacy, independence, and a calm environment. My budget is flexible between $400–$600/week, depending on the place.
