Hey there, I'm Jarif Hossain (20M) and am looking for a place to call home. I'm enrolled at the University of Sydney pursuing a Bachelor's of Advanced Computing.

I'm incredibly tidy—some might say I'm borderline OCD about it! I'm also very sociable and friendly while also knowing when to respect people's personal space privacy. I'm easy to get along with and would love to be friends with my flatmates! I'll probably be spending most of my time home studying or watching tv shows. I'm looking for a place with a nice neighborhood and home with a peaceful environment.

As I am an international student, my parents will be funding my living costs, ensuring there will be no delays or shortages in rental payments.

My main priority is being a good tenant, respecting my neighbors and flatmates in terms of privacy and ensuring a calm environment.
