Hi, I'm looking for a flat to rent until February 2026 (flexible).
I'm planning to live with one friend, or possibly bring two more friends, making it a total of four people.
So, ideally, we're looking for a 1-bedroom apartment, or a 2-bedroom apartment.

The location should be either in the CBD or North Sydney.

Budget:

For 2 people: $900 per week (including bills)

For 4 people: $1350 per week (including bills)

We’d prefer an apartment (not a share house), and it would be great if the building has a pool.

A little about me: I moved to Sydney in April 2025 and have been renting until now.
I’m responsible, clean, don't throw parties, and I don’t smoke.
I take good care of the places I live in.
