I’m Joy, who is in late 20s girl and recently switched from working holiday to studying, so I study during the day and work in the evenings. I’ve lived independently for over 10 years, so I’m very mindful of shared living—always clean, quiet, and respectful of personal and common spaces. I’m a non-smoker and I don’t have pets, but I’m absolutely fine if the house has one.

I’ve never missed rent payments (I usually set everything to auto-pay). I need to move out sometime between in December and January due to renovations at my current place, and your place looks great.
