Hi there everyone!
Me and my partner Phil (34 & 32) are looking for a room to rent from around the 20th Feb as our lease is ending.
Looking furnished or unfurnished, and pretty flexible on location. We have been in Perth for about 10 months already. Car parking space also needed.
I’m a nurse and he’s an AV technician. We are respectful, quiet and tidy - can provide references from previous house shares.
We keep ourselves to ourselves but also enjoy a drink and a chat 🙂
