Fay and Manny

Hi! We're Fay and Manny, a couple looking for a room together, and we're hoping to move in soon.

Fay's Dutch and works full time at a restaurant on Bourke St. Manny's in his final year of Urban Planning at UniMelb, works part time in a restaurant on High St, and is an artist on the side. Two steady incomes between us, so rent lands on time every time.

We've both lived in share houses for the last two years. We're tidy, we do our share without being asked, and we're used to hospo hours so we're quiet coming in late. We like a house that feels like a home, so we're always up for a beer in the backyard, a movie night or a proper chat in the kitchen, and we're just as good at giving people their space.

We're big dog people, so pets are a bonus for us.

One thing worth knowing: we're leaving Melbourne at the end of January, so we're looking for something up until then.
