Hi! I'm Jin.

I am looking to move into another place from my current residence.

Would like other tenants to be around similiar age (20s/30s).

Preferred suburbs are West Footscray, Footscray, Flemington, Essendon and surrounding suburbs.

Shared Bathroom and facilities is okay.

I will be working full time as an Engineer.

Most of my evenings, I am either learning dance or at a dance jam so may come home late on some days. Will make sure not too make too much noise!

I usually keep to myself at home but am up for the occasional chat.

Having had sharehouse/flat experience, I am used to living with other people and am happy to follow schedules for splitting up chores and contributing to expenses.
