Hi, I'm Josh,
I've been living in Sydney for about a year now after moving from Canberra for work. I work full-time for a private NDIS agency, with my office in North Strathfield. So close to the M4 works well for me.
I'm a laid-back, tidy, and easy-to-get-along-with guy. Professional when it counts, but I love a good chat about anything from nonsense to real stuff. I'm looking for a smaller share house with just one, maybe two other people at most, respectful, interesting housemates who are up for the occasional laugh.
On the weekends I enjoy catching live music, grabbing a pint, exploring new spots around Sydney (still discovering heaps!), and travelling when I can.
During the week, I am very quite and enjoy spending my evenings at home on the couch or in my room.
I head back to Canberra every few weeks to catch up with family and friends, but Sydney is definitely home now.
I travel pretty light, just a bed, a couple of cabinets, a TV, and (in my opinion) the coolest coffee table you've ever seen 😂. Not much else.
I've got enough saved for the bond + first couple of weeks' rent to get started smoothly.
