Hi! 👋🏻 I’m currently looking for one or two other people to team up with and secure a rental property together. I’m hoping to find someone/s who’s easygoing, clean, and respectful.

I’ll be able to furnish most of the place including the kitchen, lounge, dining room, laundry. Will most likely just need to bring your own bedroom furniture☺️

A pet-friendly place is a must, as I have a Shih Tzu Maltese named Archie🐶 He’s a cuddly couch potato who wouldn’t mind a doggy friend. He’s not the biggest fan of big dogs (however happy to do a meet and greet) and he hasn’t been tested with cats.

The rental I’m after:
Ideally a pet friendly townhouse, house, or spacious apartment with open living areas, a master with ensuite, and a spot for a small home office (I WFH a few days a week). I’m looking within about 10 minutes of a train station as I catch the train to work, but prefer something a bit further out of the busy city areas. Would be open to living closer if we find the right place though. A courtyard or small yard would be great for Archie, as well as some outdoor furniture. A spare room/study and a double garage/ two car spots would be a bonus. Ideally, we’d split rent and bills evenly. 😁

About me:
I’m social but also really value downtime and having my own space. I get along best with people who have a good balance between being friendly and independent. I’m a pretty tidy person who vacuums and cleans the kitchen daily, mops and cleans the bathrooms weekly and does a deep clean every few weeks. I always keep common areas clean and organised. I’d love a housemate who’s similar and respectful of shared spaces. I spend my spare time catching up with friends, going to the gym, having a few cocktails or hanging out with Archie on the couch.
