My name is Amandine, I’m 24 years old, and I’m currently looking for a private room in a shared house/apartment in Sydney, ideally ASAP.

💰 Budget: max $370/week bills included
🛏️ Private room – and I’d really like to have at least one window in the room 🌿
🧹 Looking for a clean and tidy house, with quiet and respectful housemates
🌿 I’m looking for a calm neighbourhood and a peaceful home environment.

📍 Preferred areas:
Surry Hills, Newtown, Redfern, Paddington, Rosebery, Zetland, Waterloo, Mascot, Eveleigh, Randwick — or anywhere nearby with good public transport connections.

A little about me:
I’m 24, friendly, easy-going and cheerful 😊 I started working about a week ago, which is why I’m really looking for a room at the moment.

I love sharing moments with my housemates — cooking together, having a drink, chatting or playing board games (I absolutely love them! 🎲). At the same time, I also really value having my own quiet time and space.

I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces and I’d love to find a place that feels like a nice little home rather than just a place to sleep. ❤️
