My boyfriend (26) and I (23) are looking for a room/apartment/flatshare/sublet (lol anything really) in the Perth area. Ideally, we’re hoping to find something around $350–450/week (bills included would be AMAZING).

We have been living in Perth for 3 months on a work-holiday visa and are loving it so far, but we are now looking for something closer to the beach and to our workplaces.
