Looking to move from Adelaide to Melbourne around June 25th or anytime after date wise, I’m very flexible and easygoing. Bond up front isn’t an issue with myself nor weeks rent. Receive reliable rent assistance income due to studying.

I am looking for:

8-12 month lease agreement, A basic flatmate agreement is perfectly fine.

$380 a week maximum, 2x weeks rent upfront maximum, I don’t believe in a months rent upfront as that’s what a bond is for.

Preferably 2x people max, preferably my own bathroom Space.

Viewings: would be by FaceTime as I’m not flying over to Melbourne to view places, hence why I’ll provide you my private landlords details.

About myself:
I’m a down to earth, materialistic individual who spends most time studying, I’m coming to Melbourne for a change of scenery as Adelaide is Limited with options/opportunities. Currently saving for a home-loan deposit for a property in Adelaide. I can head back to Adelaide whenever I’d like so basically I’m just looking for a nice modern place to stay whilst I study and network in the heart of Melbourne in the mean time. I’m a non-noisey, clean, respectful tenant who keeps to herself most of the time. I respect my areas being clean as much as I’d respect yours. My ideal flatmate would be someone who’s easygoing, non judgmental, clean, and not overly noisy or nosey. Gender and age does not concern me preference wise. Don’t mind a friendly chat or wine here and there with my flatmate, non smoker, no partying, don’t prefer pets due to hair.
