🏡 Looking for a Room in Melbourne | November Move

Hey everyone! 🤍

I’m looking to relocate from Adelaide to Melbourne this month for a fresh start and a change of scenery!

I’m currently studying an undergraduate degree in Psychology online, giving me the flexibility to live wherever suits me.

As I’m currently based in Adelaide, I’m only available for virtual/FaceTime viewings at this stage\. Once the agreement has been signed, payment has been made and a move\-in date is confirmed, I’ll be ready to fly into Melbourne! 🤍

✨ What I’m looking for:

• Budget: Ideally $380/week, maximum $400.
• Room: Preferably an ensuite or a share house with no more than 3 people total.
• Furnished at least a double mattress.
• 3-6 months length of stay, open to long term.
• Environment: Clean, peaceful, non-judgemental or over the top nosey and a non-party household.
• Move-in: Anytime this November.

A little about me: I’m independent, friendly, clean, quiet and respectful. I enjoy going outside when not studying socialising and doing my own thing, but love having a calm space to come home to.

💰 I receive regular study payments that comfortably cover my rent and can pay the bond and required rent upfront out my own savings pocket I’m reliable with payments and respectful of others’ space.

I’m looking to relocate to Melbourne ASAP and am serious about securing a place, as this is a stepping stone for me. The sooner we can arrange a FaceTime viewing, finalise the agreement and payment, the sooner I can book my flight and move in! 🤍
