Johanne and Emma

Hi!
We’re Johanne (29) and Emma (24), two French sisters currently on a WHV in Sydney. We’re looking for a furnished place from late May / early June for around 2 to 4 months.
We’re mainly interested in Neutral Bay, Crows Nest, North Sydney, Kirribilli, and Mosman, as well as Surry Hills, Paddington, and Darlinghurst for more central options with easy access to Town Hall / QVB.
We’re also open to nearby areas with good transport links and a safe, residential feel.
About us
Johanne – Master’s degree in International Business. I’ve lived in Sydney, New York, and Paris and currently work full-time in retail (5 days/week). I enjoy spinning, cafés, and walking around the city. I’m very used to shared homes and value cleanliness and respect.
Emma – Master’s degree in Fashion Styling (Milan). She has lived in Milan and Seoul and is passionate about fashion and music. She is currently doing dog sitting while looking for work in Sydney.

What we’re looking for
We are flexible with different setups:
• 1 furnished room (shared between us as sisters)
We are happy to share a bedroom together.
We are also happy to share a bathroom.
• 2 furnished rooms (preferred if available)
• Studio / granny flat / self-contained unit (ideal) with private bathroom
We are open to:
shared houses in clean and respectful environments
granny flats / studios with private bathroom
ensuite rooms or co-living setups
Budget
• Sharing 1 room: $300–370 per person/week
• Separate rooms: up to $420 per person/week (flexible depending on bills and setup)
We are responsible, easygoing, and used to multicultural environments. We would love to find a comfortable and friendly place to call home for a few months 😊
