Hello! My name is Fiona. I am a 48-year-old professional looking for a 1-bedroom apartment, granny flat, or studio to rent from October 2nd, 2026. I am ideally looking in the Lindfield area but am happy to consider anywhere from Gordon to North Sydney. My budget is $450 to $500 per week.

I am looking for a long-term home and would prefer a 12-month lease.

About Me:

Profession: I am an osteopath working at clinics in North Sydney, Chatswood, and Killarney Heights.

Background: I have lived in Sydney since 2020, and spent 21 years living and working in London prior to that.

Lifestyle: I am a friendly, down-to-earth, non-smoking professional who values healthy living and travel. I take great pride in keeping my home exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Property Preferences:

Furnishings: Unfurnished or semi-furnished. I have my own bed and washing machine. I also have a full-sized fridge but am happy to forgo it if a fridge is already provided.

Parking: I have a car, so I require either a dedicated car space or reliable street parking.

Independence: I value my privacy and independent living. While I lead a very quiet lifestyle and rarely host, I am looking for a self-contained home with the standard autonomy of a normal flat. This includes the freedom to occasionally have my interstate family or overseas friends stay over when they visit.

Excellent references from my current/previous landlords and proof of employment are readily available upon request.
