We’re a Bangladeshi couple who moved to Melbourne in July 2025 and are now looking for a long-term place to call home.

Since moving here, we’ve been renting in different areas including Kingsville, Sunshine and Melbourne CBD, but we’re now looking to lease a place of our own for a longer-term stay.

Our preferred areas are West Footscray, Maidstone, Albion, Sunshine/Sunshine West/Sunshine North, Flemington, Braybrook, Ardeer, Footscray and Deer Park.

We’re clean, quiet, respectful and non-smokers.

We’re looking for either:

* A 2-bedroom house, unit, townhouse or bungalow for up to $350/week, or
* A 1-bedroom house, unit, townhouse or bungalow for up to $250/week

Ideally, we’re looking to move in from next month. Older or newer, furnished or unfurnished — we’re open to both. Good public transport access would be a big plus.

We’re responsible and tidy tenants and will take good care of the property. Happy to provide the necessary documents and rental references if required. 😊
