Jesse and Lydia

Lydia and Jesse are both warm, friendly and social people. We value kindness, acceptance and we're big lefties. We love a good chat, movie night, dinner party or a boogie, but also enjoy downtime to read and relax. We would love a social dynamic with lots of open dialogue.

I (Jesse) grew up in Canberra but studied philosophy and literature in Wollongong for the past 5 years. I am studying a Masters of Teaching at UC in 2026-7, planning to be a high-school English Teacher. I play in a band and love writing songs on the piano.

Lydia grew up in Sydney and is starting a grad role at the Department of Social Services. She loves reading, arts and crafts, thrifting, and going to galleries and markets. She is an excellent pescatarian cook and loves backpacking overseas. We both love going to live music and listening to records.

We would love to have a sustainable and conscientious household that values recycling and reducing waste. We want to create a comfortable, clean living space, with a system where everyone helps and contributes!
