Hi, I’m Elvid! Great to meet you!

I'm from Newcastle, NSW, moved to Canberra late last year!

I'm 21 years old, and I love the outdoors. If I'm not at work, you can find me at the rink, out camping, at the local, the gym or at home watching Brooklyn Nine Nine or the Office!

I'm easygoing, and love socialising, but also respect boundaries and recognise everyone needs their alone time. I work for APS and my role requires full attendance in the office, so WFH days are rare, but sometimes could happen.

I understand communication is key, and living in Canberra now and having lived in Sydney previously also with sharemates, I value clear and respectful communication to address any issues that might pop up. I realise shared living does require a bit of tolerance and negotiating so I like to try and make it enjoyable as possible for everyone to have a good time.

My preferences would be an en-suite setup, a location with heaps of natural light during the day - I’m big on letting light in, and an off the street parking space, however for the right place in the right location, I am willing to compromise :)

My budget is 250-300 per week, however again for the right place I'd be willing to pay a little more.
