Hey, I'm a 29 year old PhD student at Usyd and is looking for an accomodation. I am pretty tidy and organised and is seeking a long term accomodation, 12 months or longer. Looking for a place to make it kind of homish in the long term and so I would be happy to find a place together in teamups. Also, board games and random pop culture trivia and super left leaning. Would love to hangout in the weekends and maybe do random new sports, preferably basketball or table tennis or football or volleyball. I am super flexible and can share the common areas and or can take a studio flat if its within my budget. I am looking to move in to a new place by end of April or beginning of May.
