Hey, I’m Dave!

I’m looking to team up with someone to sign a fresh lease around Newcastle – ideally in Merewether, The Junction, or Cooks Hill – basically anywhere that’s an easy walk to the beach. A small garage or some storage space would be a big bonus!

A bit about me – I’m a beach lover through and through. Surfing is my number one passion, closely followed by snowboarding, and I’m always chasing the next fun adventure. I love getting outdoors – whether that’s camping, travelling, or just soaking up the sun.

I’m also really into health and fitness, and enjoy challenging myself in the gym and staying active with running, riding, and swimming.

I work locally as an Architect and am also a qualified cabinet maker, so I definitely appreciate a space that feels like home.
I’ve been living in Newcastle for about 10 years now – currently based in Adamstown, and have previously lived in Bar Beach, Cooks Hill, and The Hill.

I’m hoping to find a like-minded housemate to share a place around $500–$700 total (so about $250–$350 each, depending on the setup). Ideally just one housemate, and someone who enjoys a laid-back, clean, and respectful home.

I do come with a Bali-style scooter, a few bikes, and a decent surfboard quiver, so a small garage or storage area would be awesome – but I’m flexible if the place is right.
