I’m in an unfortunate situation where I need to move out as my landlord is selling the house! I’m looking for a long term sublet in Bondi, bondi junction, Surry hills, Kensington. If the place is right im happy to be located elsewhere
My budget is 350-500p/w bills included.

I’m clean and tidy. I’m at work for 13 hours a day most days so I’m not usually at home If I’m not at work I’ll be running or at the gym. I like to go to restaurants for dinner often and enjoy drinking nice wine too! I’m responsible and respectful. I’m a chef full time so can even make dinner when I move in 👌🏾
