Why rent a room when you can rent a whole property for less than the price of a room?

We are are a team of two so far, Troy and myself (Dave), and we would like to team up with others to find the great house to lease not too far from the beach. Both of us have an excellent track record of getting results.

The place we are looking for is something with qualities that would make it a desirable home, not just any old house rental. We are hoping to gather a group of warm and welcoming people to take out a lease on a property like this.

We both have good experience sharing with others. The age above is only a combined average of our ages, but we're open to the age of anyone who wants to team up. The only requirement is that a third person have a good character (unfortunately there's no button to click on FM for this!).

To be successful we need to show real estate agencies we have stable incomes, good references and be able to make it to inspections.
The date we would like to move into a new place is around the first week of May, however that date is flexible. The budget figure of $800 p.w. above is only 'ball park' estimation of the starting price range of properties we would be looking at. It could be more or less than that.. If the group's budget allows it, that could mean a larger and better house.

There are some beautiful places out there.There is a lot of choice. If you like the idea of having the freedom to choose better living spaces rather than just sub-letting a room in someone else's rental, and you have great references, we would love to hear from you.
