About me

Hi. I'm fairly good at getting rental places and I'm looking for other proactive people to team up with to get a long term house rental in inner Newcastle in the next month.

I'm a fairly quiet and happy person, finacially secure with no debts. I love the surf, fitness, bike riding and I part time Dj. I'm really after a place with some nice liveable qualities.
I do not drink, do not smoke, do not take any substances (except for some occassional weed) and I'm fine with how other people wish to live their lives around me. At the moment I am building market style websites for a new business. I like to pay my bills on time, like to have a pleasant environment at home and have good relations with my housemates, neighbors and landlords.
I'm a reliable, responsible, conscientious person who has excellent references (good references are essential to get a rental). I have always taken care of residences I have lived in and leave them in a better condition than when I found them.
------
I'm not too sure what else I can say about myself, a bio can only cover so much, but for some extra info -
I currently live in Charlestown in 4 bedroom house on a lease.
My current housemates are in their 30s and are all non-smoking non-drinkers (2 females and 1 male), We're all pretty clean and everyone pitches in to keep the place looking smik.
I like the people I live with, however, my bedroom has bad mold and I can't sleep in it and so I am moving on unfortunately.

If you would like to meet up, give me a call or leave a message.

Cheers!
