Hi my name is isabell im a 23 year old female looking for affodable and sustainable housing my income is 2500$ monthly planning on working as soon as i get a sustainable envirnment i dont have any family or friends to move in with, i can pay the full bond up front and can get my own furniture. A place with my own bathroom is preferred but not required somewhere to live for 6 months up to a year would be perfect I'm extremely clean I have OCD so I like my stuff to be organized and tidy, I'm always on time and consistent with rent and things like money as I thrive on routine. I don't make much noise I'm not loud and I don't blast music I just have TV on sometimes and even then I often use my phone. I'm respectful of privacy if I live with others I'm respectful in every sense of the word as I would like to hope is reciprocated. I use home as a place to sleep, relax and rejuvenate I usually work two jobs and study a diploma if you or anybody you know would rent a room or private area to me please let me know
