I am looking for a room in a share house NOR close to Craigie ideally, as I am working NOR.

I am a very easy going house mate who has lived in several share houses during my time in Australia, and I understand the importance of been respectful, clean and considerate - solid references can be provided.

I am a non smoker and enjoy the occasional drink out at a bar socialising with friends or to unwind, and I’m open to dinners/ movie nights with housemates, but I’m certainly not a huge party animal (too old for that these days 😉).

I am seeking like minded people who are a similar demographic

My hobbies include reading, walking, gym, and im open to a house that is interested in sometimes having social nights such as games/cards nights for example

I also enjoy been out catching up with friends brunching. I am an animal lover but in particular I love dogs, so bonus points if you have a lovably furry friend 🐶
