Looking for a room to share with a friend starting Dec 1 (flexible on start date) in Bondi, junction, paddo, rose bay, coogee, surry, and surrounding areas. I am finishing my 88 days soon and arrive back to Sydney 1st of December. I was living in Bondi/Tama area before my regional work so have my friends and most things otherwise sorted :). I also am alternatively looking for a single room at ~$350-400 pw. I'll be working in hospo, my friend is a nanny! We’re Irish and American, love to be active, enjoy social nights with friends, going to the beach, etc., very excited for Summer activities! Would love to live in a likeminded space. I'm 28 yo originally from Southern California! Open to living with guys or girls!
