We are a group of students currently looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in or around Melbourne CBD, preferably close to RMIT City Campus.

- Carlton (highly preferred)
- North Melbourne
- West Melbourne
- Open to nearby areas with good tram access

### 🏡 Requirements:
- Fully furnished apartment
- 2 or 3 bedrooms
- Well-maintained and clean
- Good access to public transport

### 👥 Occupancy Plan:
- 2 people per room
- Total 4–6 people depending on apartment size

### 💰 Budget:
- Upto $1500–1600 per room/month

We are responsible, clean, and easy-going tenants. Ready to move in soon.
