Hi, I’m Ash! I’m 20, working full-time and also studying part-time at TAFE. I’m easy-going and responsible, and I like to keep my home clean, comfortable, and well looked after.

I’ve been renting for the last two years, so I have solid rental experience and know what it means to be a reliable tenant. I’m organised, respectful, and always on top of rent and bills.

I live with Bailey, my 1yr old kelpie. He’s house-trained, well-behaved, loves a cuddle. He loves being outdoors for walks and playtime but is calm and settled at home.

When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy being outside, spending time with Bailey, and catching up with friends, but I also love a quiet night in.
