・Studio or individual place is the best option for me!
・One bedroom with study desk, chair, and bed
・Under $280/week or $1200/month (all bills included) would be great but negotiable
・Close to bus stop or ferry terminal
・Close to grocery shops like woolies
・Clean and cozy vibe house

As I plan to stay in Brisbane for at least two years, I'm seeking somewhere suitable for a long-term stay, and confortable vibe house.

・Listening to music, playing music, drawing, cooking, baking, walking or hiking
・I love spending time in the nature!
・I love kids and dogs :)

Shoes off house would be great but not necessity.
