Hey everyone! My name is Nick, and I'm moving to Sydney from the United States in mid-October on a working Visa. I am looking for a long-term lease (12-month) in a shared house for 300-450 p/w starting in late October/ early November.

A little bit about me - I love the outdoors, running, biking, camping, fishing, lifting, really anything that gets me outside. I'm a clean roommate, get along well with others, and always down to try something new.

I hope to find a house with active/ social young professionals who like to spend time together.
