Hey, I'm Kelly!

I'll be relocating to Sydney from Melbourne next year in January for work. I'm full-time in property development and my new office will be in the CBD. I'm looking for a place that's close to public transport, groceries etc and importantly, tidy, own private room and own bathroom.

While aiming to move in towards end of January, happy to pay upfront to secure a place. Currently looking to stay until mid July to begin with but there is room for flexibility.

I'm a clean and organised person, usually out during the day for work but enjoy a relaxed chat over dinner or weekend cafe hopping and badminton (used to play competitively). Studied architecture in university.

Flatmate-wise, I'm looking for a female who's friendly, reliable, considerate, and keeps shared spaces clean. A calm and comfortable home :)
